He is a special teams guy so not sure I agree with the idea he would rebuild the D. Harbaugh will land on his feet and I am sure he will have some success wherever he lands but to play a little devils advocate here. His last DC was Zach Orr who if you watched the Ravens this year was way over his head and Monken the OC is rumored to have irreconcilable differences with Lamar on play calling, which may or may not be the right thing but clearly lead to a subpar product over the last few years, especially come playoff time.

I like the idea of keeping DQ. From what I have read it seems like a relatively weak HC field. (Whatever that means). If so if DQ nails these two coordinator picks we are in a good spot if not he will probably be released in what I will assume will be a stronger group of HC candidates.
