This goes way beyond the previous agreement, includes missile defense, I believe ownership of military base…but also mineral rights and first refusal of minerals.
Sec Bessent presented a very uncomfortable truth the other day with a chart tracking NATO defense spending vs other expenditures the EU chose.
Also Europe is still buying Russia energy 4 years later. What a disgraceful act and pathetic strategy. Utterly embarrassing. It’s absolutely indefensible at this point.
