Re: The annual NFL coaching carousel

Thoughts on this hiring cycle.

Titans- OK hire of Robert Saleh . True he was handicapped at QB while with Jets but I don’t think he’ll be successful with Titans and will get fired in 3 years.

Giants- Great hire of Harbaugh. He should have Giants as regular playoff contenders. Will
Definitely be another obstacle for us to get thru. Will he win a title? Unknown.

Falcons- Good hire of Stefanski. He might do a little better in Atlanta than he did in Cleveland. That depends on Pennix.

Browns- So so hire with Monken. To much of a mess at QB. Sanders or Gabriel? Let Watson play? Get a new qb in 27? Then the mess at DC. Schwartz refuses to return as DC. Browns to much of a mess and I expect Monken to fail and eventually get fired.

Raiders- Kubiak could finally bring joy Raiderland. If Mendoza is a franchise qb and the Raiders surround him with more talent; he could be successful. Raiders have 4 picks in top 102 and they have a conditional 4th round pick also.

Cards- Mike Lafleur is ok hire but I think he will fail in competitive NFC West.

Dolphins- No clue on Jeff Hafley but who’s the QB if Tua is done there? I expect him to fail and be fired in 3 years.

Ravens- Jesse Minter is a good hire and I think he will get Ravens to a Superbowl at least. It will be up to Lamar to rise up and win it.

Steelers- Ok hire with Mike McCarthy. The only difference after Steelers get that QB; maybe Steelers win a playoff game instead of losing.

Bills- Smart in promoting Joe Brady. If Joe can get them over the hump, Bills will win their first title.
