No and maybe. I can't see Wagner coming back part time. He's most likely to go into business after football, so he's going to look to go out as a starter or retire if nobody is prepared to do that. He doesn't need the money and he's shown no interest in coaching, so being a part timer to mentor a rookie I just don't see.

Deebo entirely depends on the money. If nobody offers him starter position and money elsewhere, then maybe he'll resign on a reasonable deal. But the WR room is pretty full, though not stacked, and carrying a guy like him who would probably be #3 at best, but on starter level money, doesn't make a lot of sense. I'd say Aiyuk once the 9ers release him would make more sense.
