I am not sure how much I would blame LaFleur in Green Bay. I think their GM has not been particularly effective, and talent has drained out of that team in recent years (particularly on defense).

To this list I would add Schottenheimer in Dallas. If they miss the playoffs again after all the changes on D and all the hype around them this spring and summer, I could see Jerry pulling the trigger. It isn't as though Jerry has that many chances left to see a deep playoff run, Dak isn't getting younger, and I could see Jerry being impulsive. I suspect it won't happen, but if it did, I wouldn't be shocked. Would love to see that implosion.
