Re: OLine Depth watch

Keim spoke about the Oline issues in his podcast a few days ago, turns out that the center situation is more complicated than we imagined.

Biadasz actually didn't play well with us last year. Keim specifically stated that people from both the team and around NFL said the same thing - Biadasz wasn't good at all last year. Allegretti is expected to be better, if not the same level as Biadasz.

Regarding the center depth - multiple teams have the same issue and are looking for the same thing. This explains why the center options are very limited at this time. While there were a few available via free agency and trade - majority of those players do not fit Blough's offense. As for Glasgow, he can be a good fit for us but the issues are (1) will Glasgow accept the vet minimum? (2) will Glasgow accept being a backup once Allegretti is healthy to play? I think the latter is a challenge for us to navigate - no centers will want to play for us when they know that they will be relegated to the backup duty once Allegretti is healthy to play.

Put yourself in Glasgow's position - you are contemplating retirement. Will you be willing to accept the vet minimum, just to play or would you prefer to retire? In other words, it takes both parties to dance together. We could offer (if not already) Glasgow a job but it won't work if the offer doesn't work for him.
