Re: W2: @Dallas Week Prediction thread
I’m starting to have a bad feeling about this game. After losing a close on to Philly, the interviews I’ve seen make the team seem like they were satisfied with it being close and disappointed they didn’t pull off an upset. But not anger or fired up that they let an opportunity slip through their fingers. So this week feels like business as usual. (And for us, for the last few decades, that hasn’t been good.). Dallas, on the other hand, seems embarrassed by their home opener and champing at the bit for a chance to take that out on someone.
I hope I’m wrong, but the vibe I get from the team is not, “We need to go to Dallas and punch them in the mouth.” They should not be motivated by fear of going 0-2 in the division but by the prospect of sticking it to Dallas in their place.
Man, I hope they do.
