To play this game I did a quick google search of early potential candidates and not a lot on the OC front but a lot of defensive minded possibilities. A few jumped out as intriguing,

Grant Udinski-Jax OC- worked under O'Connell in Minny

Both LA Rams coordinators
Chris Shula is probably more ready to take over.
Nate Sheelhaase is intriguing. Probably needs more time in the OC ranks but apparently is viewed as ready despite coming from the college ranks.

Obviously those two are from the McVay tree but something else to consider. The NFC west has developed a team building philosophy that is somewhat different from the rest of the NFL. They have zetro hesitancy to use draft picks to acquire players that help them stay near the top. This fits in alignment with our current GM's philosophy.

Clearly all of this can change by end of season but if Quinn is let go these would be the ones I'm most excited about right now.
