I think any defensive player is constantly under scrutiny with Gregg Williams. He is constantly on the lookout for new people to push established players.

As for Lavar. I think they would have been willing to extend him grace if he had not gone crying to the media. To Gibbs, I suspect that's the equivilant of 10 drunk driving arrests.
