i've been lurking on a hawks messageboard the past few days and maybe i'm on the wrong one, but they sure are an arrogant lot. i understand the confidence that comes with being the top seed, but they are talking super bowl already.

in the playoffs, every team that makes it to the second weekend is going to be solid. they're making us sound like a jv team that's in for a rude awakening saturday. "the skins won't be able to stand the crowd noise" (forgetting we already played in arrowhead this season). there's absolutely no logic regarding their arguments other than "we've got the mvp and the best red zone offense in the league."

i haven't wanted to beat another team b/c of their fan base's cockiness in a long long time... this is definitely the weekend.
