He'll get a team to give up a big contract. Hes getting old but hes still got a few years of top level play in him. The Steelers will always be able to groom new linebackers, they drafted Alonzo Jackson last year and Steelers fans like his progression so far. Every few years the Steelers dump a top linebacker into free agency so they can groom anothre to become a star. Gildon will do well somewhere and he will get the money to do it. I dont really see a need fo rhim in Washington though, we dont need a starter for depth, he would cost way to much money to just be a third down linebacker so lavar can play end.
