Charlie Batch is the #3 in Pittsburgh...Randle-El is the extreme emergency option. Not sure he's the possession guy the Skins should look to, as they already have speed in Moss and Patten.

The catch Seneca Wallace made was incredible...he plays a lot bigger than his listed 5'11".

Names on the list of FAs I found that I think could compete for the #2/#3 job in DC:
Anthony Wright
Charlie Batch
Jon Kitna
Tim Hasselbeck

There should be a late round guy that can be picked up as well...
