I did feel a little bad putting Bruce Smith on my punishment list. I do respect what he accomplished in the league.
But his time on the Redskins was a nightmare. He's a famous part of the 2000 disaster. We overpaid bigtime for a declining vet. And what bugged me the most is that he never really seemed to be a Redskin. All he wanted to do was break the sack record and then retire. I think winning for the Skins was much lower on his list. Of course half the team probably felt this way under the Norv administration.
