PorterHouse did refer to Ramsey as Rat Pansy and he said he was an interception machine. I think that's insinuating that he can't play. At least that's my interpretation of it.

Also, I'm not getting into taking sides, I'm just putting it out there that someone has asserted that Ramsey can't play.
