I got a question. And some may think I've been toking up with Ricky after reading this question. Could the Redskins trade Patrick Ramsey to the Dolphins for Ricky Williams, then cut Ricky and clear cap space?

I know trades like this happen all the time in the NBA, but I don't know if the same rules could apply to the NFL.
