Yes, but I really don't think that the Skins are as short sighted as people here and at the sports-centers seem to think. It looks like the real deal is starting to come out now.
Just to reiterate the message from the Skins camp:
If there is no CBA, the team will have to build through the draft.
If there is a CBA, the team can be agressive in free agency.
I have heard concern for sure, but not panic out of the guys who know the contracts and the long term plan.
