We could have waited till june and got 6.5 and we could spend during free agency assuming we would have that 6.5 in june. we also could have ordered a large screen TV for lavar and his nice living room. We held all the power. WE don't need to do this to get under the cap if the CBA gets signed. Ofcourse if the cba does not get signed this might make sense
