Last fall (I think it was right after the Dallas game), after 7 years on the waiting list, I finally got the call I never thought would come: I could buy season tickets.

I thought about it for half a second and said "Thanks, but no thanks."

Then, I got in the car, hauled ass to Best buy and got a nice big HD big screen (I spent about what I would have payed for 10 tickets for two seats plus parking).

My seats are better, warmer and more comfortable than Fedex and the traffic and parking are much easier to deal with. Also, any time there is a great play or a close call, I can rewind it and zoom in on my DVR.

Now, if I could only get my neighbors to pay me $6 for every beer. ;-)
