One day after the NFL agreed on a new collective bargaining agreement, league general managers were left to figure out what it all means for the new cap year.

I found this interesting; it highlights some of the new changes and rules in the new cba, but fails to mention anything about cash over cap. Now clubs can cut 2 guys a year at any time in the summer and treat their salaries like old post june 1st cuts, among other things.
