Randle El said it best, He came to Washington because of how they approached him and showed him how he fit in this offense. Al Saunders is to be commended for his approach to the offense because very few players would have agreed to accept a subordinate role to Moss after winning being the hottest FA after the Superbowl.

but TEs don't count, and i agree with bringing in young guys that could easily outperform their contracts instead of 32 year olds who could never live up to them.
R'El came for the money though flat out. I'm sure he liked a lot of things about the skins, but with equal offers, he'd be in chicago. I don't really think you can expect to be a #1 on a team that has the #2 WR in the league if you haven't even put up close to half his stats.
