maybe the staff thinks hall's finally healthy and that's why he's still on the roster. The lull in FA signings means we're either waiting for the market to settle, we're good with what we've got, or we're playing with contracts and restructures to make space.
it looks like two OL guys have been targetted already by the skins FO (jeff mitchell and some guy that started some games for the giants last year), which means no spencer, which means once again that guy is sad
