ESPNews reports the Tennessee Titans have signed free agent WR David Givens (Patriots) to a five-year, $24 million deal, with an $8 million bonus.
49ers | Offered more money to Jurevicius

Updating previous reports, Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Nolan said the team offered more money to WR Joe Jurevicius than the Cleveland Browns did, but Jurevicius opted to sign with the Browns and return to his hometown.

Lions | Campbell signed

The Detroit Lions have signed free agent TE Dan Campbell (Cowboys) to a five-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
alright, lions steal campbell from the roids, who also let KJ go. TO might be in dallas now that he's free. Givens DOES get big money, but i'm not sure he'll live up to it.
And now we know WHY the 49ers were so eager to get bryant. they trade lloyd, lose out of El and JJ and started to panic. they did get bryant for a fair price though. Looks like JJ wouldn't have come here. it was browns (his hometown), seattle or bust apparently.
