With the Redskins stalled in trade talks with the Jets over quarterback Patrick Ramsey, they have given Ramsey permission to visit the Bucs. Ramsey lost two teams interested in him Tuesday when the Lions signed Jon Kitna and the Dolphins traded for Daunte Culpepper. The Bucs are looking to replace Brian Griese and are considering Ramsey if the trade price is right. The Redskins are asking for a fourth-round pick. The Jets offered a seventh. With most of their moves done in free agency, the Redskins have invested most of their time trying to find a team interested in giving them value for Ramsey.
