Buffalo Bills have tendered an offer sheet to restricted free agent OL
Reggie Wells (Cardinals). The
Arizona Cardinals have the right to match the offer and retain Wells. Should Arizona elect to not match the offer, the
Cardinals will be compensated with a 2006 sixth-round draft choice.
