2. Perhaps the most important guideline of this forum is this, please treat your fellow forum members with the utmost respect at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS. Remember that there is a real person behind that funny screen name. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. If you cannot voice your thoughts and opinions with respect and thoughtfulness towards your fellow forum members, please find another forum to post on.

3. I don't believe in censoring the forum, so swearing is "allowed", but that certainly does not mean it is encouraged. We understand that the occasional F-bomb may fly, but don't make it a regular part of your postings. Try to keep in mind that there are people from all different age ranges, backgrounds and beliefs on the forum. Some people might not appreciate your use of language and quite possibly may be offended. (PLEASE NOTE: This item has been recently revised and the 'F' word is now a censored item. We will continue to monitor this and make any necessary changes in the future as needed.)

4. Keeping with the self-censoring idea, please refrain from using any racial slurs or anything that might be viewed as racist and/or discriminatory towards minorities, women, religions, etc. Those that don't adhere to this guideline will be dealt with accordingly and will likely face immediate ban from the forum.

5. It can't be stressed enough, don't let discussions become personal in nature. Sometimes the best policy is to agree to disagree and move on. We all have differing opinions from time to time and that's what makes for great discussions, but it's also what can lead to heated disagreements that become personal in nature. We understand that this is natural and can happen to anyone, but please don't let things get out of hand.

If you find yourself being sucked into a conversation of this type, it's best to just let the moderators deal with the situation. Keep in mind we're all here because of our love for the Redskins, not to argue and sling insults.

A note about our moderators/staff: Our forum staff is comprised of volunteers that choose to give up their own free time to help build a better community here. They have the ability to edit/delete/merge/close posts at their own discretion.

If you disagree with a moderator's decision to edit/delete/merge/close a posting, please PM a moderator to attempt to resolve the issue in a civil manner.

Personal attacks on the forum staff will not be tolerated and will likely result in a quick and permanent ban from the forum.

The "joke" never should have been posted as an Announcement. Getting a bunch of people to lie and contune to make up more lies is Lying. Many people's way of posting and reasons for being here were insulted and I'd argue the sites own TOS were broken.

Whatever.

I'll look for the Redskins related posts around here and "hope" ya'll are telling the truth this time.
