No body here knows enough details about what happened to make any prediction. How can you say he will do time before he's been convicted? If this is still America, then he's innocent until the charges are proven in court, not on the Internet.
It looked bad for him in the Virginia DUI case until a real judge looked at the real evidence. The state trooper said he failed the sobriety test and was drunk. The judge looked at the evidence and said that he not only passed the test, but that he clearly was not resisting arrest. In other words, he should never have been charged with anything in the first dam place.
What I hope for is a fair trial and that justice is served, whatever the outcome. And whatever the outcome, both the Redskins and Taylor will get through it.
