Also you have to remember that even if the adjuster may no that the claim might be fraud they have to prove this. If they do not have any direct evidence they have no choice than to pay the claim. If they accuse a customer with no hard evidence they get sued by the insured or claiment. I have heard that over 25% of all prmium goes to fraud and that a major portion of the population feels its ok to inflate a claim or exaggerate an injury.
