They do have a system like Denver's where they can plug in any RB and be effective.
Rod Smart, Brad Hoover, Stephen Davis, DeShaun Foster, Eric Shelton, Nick Goings...doesn't matter. They all have 100 yard/game potential with the Panthers. They couldn't run that well with most other teams.
