They did once, and I wouldn't be surprised if they do again. One thing Gibbs mentioned in his presser (up now at
http://www.redskins.com) is that they've added resources to the scouting department. But what about Lemar, Pierce, Evans, etc? In a system like Williams, he slots in a lot of guys and makes it work. Can't say about the Offensive guys (Molinaro, White, Nemo, etc.) because Gibbs doesn't very often go with rooks, and we have good depth at RB, for example. So I think the jury is still out on the CURRENT skins and the late rounds and undrafteds.
