Now i know Gibbs isnt the only one involved in the choice, but I do feel that he may have just been insecure about the 53rd pick. Gibbs in general is that kinda guy, who always wants to make sure, and maybe he was ok with losing a second round next year, not to take a risk, and just to get Rocky for sure.
