This is not a Rocky grade, it's truly a FO grade. Did we make the POs last year with our host of FAs and paucity of draft picks? Yes
Will we do it again? Yes

Rocky has nothing to do with the philosophy of going for young, proven FAs in the offseason. I say the FO gets a grade of B+ - A- for the results last year. Solid A when the two amazing wins over the Cowboys are factored in.
