I've gotten good steaks from it. You just have to open it and add some more juices or marinating sauce to it while you're cooking it. Of course you'll get leather if you drain all of the juices out of the meat...it's all in the preparation.

I especially love grilled chicken from it. The grill is great for grilling chicken breast cubes or strips to add to fettuccini alfredo or some kind of pasta dish.

The chicken/cheese quesadillas come out great on the grill too.
