40 years old is pretty infantile in the world of NFL ownership is it not?lashing out at underlings has probably alot to do with his success in the business world thus far, but i agree that lashing out at underlings who KNOW MORE THAN YOU on a certain subject than you is bad. somehow i dont think he'll be doing that to Joe Gibbs. who technically, is an underling.
