Why people are always so ready to dump Mark Brunell is a mystery to me. If we go to a second year quarterback, we won't be likely to have a shot at winning the Super Bowl. We go backwards. Bringing Jason Campbell along slowly is the best thing for his development.

Artificially removing a highly talented veteran quarterback in Mark Brunell who lead us from being ranked about 30th in offense to I think 11th, who took us to a game away from the NFC Championship, who has such fine leadership ability and who did such great work basically having one wide receiver last year who could function at a high level - that would be a recipe for regression.

I wish people would support Mark Brunell, appreciate him for the outstanding player that he is. I believe that most Redskin fans do. Campbell's time will come - but I think not this season or next.
