Brooks comes into the league ON the NFL substance abuse program.

He has gotten nabbed TWICE for failing pee-pee tests.

WHY would you take him????

Oh yeah, because after Washington - All World LB for sure - who else stands out at LB?

I don't think you guys are that thin at LB to take on this headache.

He ENTERS the NFL on the Substance abuse program.
