From the ultra hit movie The Crying Game. It's your basic run of the mill movie plot where guy1 kidnaps guy2, guy2 escapes and gets hit by truck, guy1 visits guy2's "girlfriend" and is instantly smitten, guy2's girlfriend drops her pants reveals her big ole secret, guy1 proceeds to vomit in the nearby toilet. Like I said run f the mill movie plot.
I think there's more to the movie but once I saw trouser trout, I left the room and started playing Doom for therapy.
