Well let's make this a class action lawsuit for everyone with a shiny head!

These type of lawsuits are getting ridiculous. No one wants to work for their money anymore. I think we should enact legislation that says if you bring a frivilous lawsuit into court that you must pay for the court costs AND a fine for wasting taxpayer money and the time of the person you're trying to steal from.

The woman who didn't know coffee was hot before she drove with a styofoam cup between her legs shouldn't have won...she should've been reimbursing the court for wasting their time.

These kind of people are also why our insurance (of all kinds) rates are so high now.
