Maybe so, but what does somebody have to do (or
not do) to get evicted without notice? It just doesn't add up-- this guy wouldn't be getting evicted without notice when he's set to be a millionaire in a few short weeks (and you can't tell me his landlord wouldn't have known that!), unless there was some kind of serious or repeated violation of his lease agreement. I've been in college before, so I know what kind of stuff goes on in college apartments-- and a lot of it ain't too kosher with the landlords or Johnny Law.
