my advice was based on
his post about the same car waiting at the front of the line for a few minutes.
it's a bit longer, but once you get on 28, it should be a breeze now since they built those overpasses. it's the long way, but if you're not sitting, who cares? plus you can always continue down Route 7 and cross over at various other points to get on the Toll Road, or even take it all the way down to the Beltway.
