I'm not worried. I also have no interest in playing GM for the team.

Our team has assembled a good team of motivators and managers. I fully believe that they have a game plan and are executing it well. Just because I'm not in on their plan, doesn't cause me anxiety.

Perhaps that's why Fantasy football has no appeal to me.
