not to stir the pot but i totally disagree with ghettoblahblah. if anything reverse discrimination is running rampet in the good ole US of A. i am personally all about giving jobs to the most qualified applicants. there should never be a conflict because of race, religion or sex in filling a job. nowadays employers are so afraid not to hire a minority over someone else who is actually more qualified that its sickening
