The only thing I can think of reminds of my years in the Restaurant industry. I was a manager at this place called "Houston's" for several years. On occasion, we would have to destroy quite a bit of old uniforms. I once made the suggestion of giving them to a charity, shelter, Goodwill, etc. It was brought to my attention that we didn't do that because we didn't want the logo'd uniforms winding up on the backs of vagrants living in the parks and such. Basically, they didn't want to "tarnish the name".
