It's a shame, as Mike is a standup guy. But, after reading over some of the stuff over the past few days or so, it seems that a nerve has been struck, and he's been on the defensive ever since.
However, if these things have happened behind the scenes, and he's disrespecting, then the punishment fits the crime. I do agree with 12thMan in extending an olive branch after the 2 weeks, to let him know that we all have disagreements from time to time, but we all have that one thing in common, and we should never let a few goofy posts ruin that.
