I used to live in Indianapolis last year. That town is awful! Anway, there are no Skins bars that I found, but I used to go to Joe's grill on 69th st. They have 2 dollar beers all sunday, and the hot bartender used to always give me my own bigscreen. Its never crowded unless the Colts are playing, and even then there should be a TV for you. I went to Champ's one time and it was not a good viewing experience.

I hated living in Indy so much that I now root against all their sports teams, just out of anger for how much the town blows. Sorry if you are the mayor or something....
