I think that calling for gibbs to retire is nonsense. I believe in our coaching staff tremendously, all we need is stability ... we need to calm down in the offseason and stop making so many changes every year.

I think 'acceptable' is how i would describe MB's day. He gave us a good chance to beat a bad team, and we blew it.
