I have never been throughly convinced of the fact JG is of the greatest personell men, he and Bethard had their falling out's too, some of which was due to Gibbs's overwhelming loyalty to veteran players. And yes!! Snyder should just write the checks and shut the hell up.

Thank you for at least putting some effort into a response, rather than the standard we need a GM. Wolf lives in Annapolis so he's alway rumored to be a possibility.
