tim played 3rd stringers, its not like he'd do that well against a true 1st string D

I'd say claiming him as the starter is quite a stretch from part of one game against a super crappy bunch of defensive players. Tim is a REALLY good 3rd string QB, but last year showed that he's a drop off from what ramsey can offer, and i don't think that's changed much.
