They even reference it in the episode where they mock Family Guy. When the kid obsessed with Bart Simpson is trying to convince Cartman how much of a badass he is and Cartman says, "I once tricked a kid to eatting chili made from his own parents because he pissed me off," I think I peed a little bit.

OH DUDE believe me it is not forgotten !!! That Scott Tenorman joint was crazy ! When he tried to pay for the movies with pubes ! I DVR'd that episode as soon as I could ! The end when Cartman licks Scotts tears and is like
" Oooh Scotts tears , Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy "
