what we need is to have steady coaching for years in a row along with the addition of a few players...not a wholesale change...williams D has always been a bend but don't break...that is, not dominant. He has never built a DOMINANT D that forced turnovers and destroyed opposing offenses week in, week out. he is supremely overrated, and arrogant. he needs to understand that a good coach maximizes talent...do you think he's doing that?
As for implementing a new scheme? that was dumb as well...saunders may be a genius, but players arent'...therefore they need time to learn the system...
so despite these issues, lets keep the coaches...draft some talents (Trade players???) and for god's sake CAN BRUNELL.
