Yeah I didn't mean Weiss specifically, just a splashy name.
I don't see Snyder and Williams meshing very well. Williams is cut from the same mold of a Marty Schottenheimer. I could see GW wanting more control than Snyder would be willing to give up.
But who knows, all of this is pure speculation at this point obviously, and Gibbs still has 2 years left on his contract. I don't envision him giving up so easily.
